DODGE COUNTY FAIR

august 19, 2026

Wild World of Animals on N Grand Avenue

Explore a diverse range of wild animals, featuring 13 different species from around the globe, including amphibians, reptiles, and birds of prey. The Wild World of Animals program educates families about the significance of nature and wildlife while offering suggestions on how everyone can contribute to protecting our environment.

Have you ever wondered about the differences between alligators and crocodiles? Are all scorpions dangerous? Why are snakes vital to our ecosystem? What is the closest living relative to dinosaurs? And what exactly is a legless lizard? You’ll find answers to these questions and many more through age-appropriate dialogue, a touch of humor, and up-close demonstrations of each animal.

All entertainment is FREE with your paid admission to the Fair. Gather your friends and family at the show, and feel free to share this event on social media and via email!
